Pre-orders let you reserve your favorite Irie Brew flavors before we officially launch. Below are answers to the most common questions about how pre-orders work.
A: A pre-order means you are reserving Irie Brew cups that will be produced and shipped closer to our launch date. Your order secures your flavor and quantity ahead of time.
A: Pre-orders are scheduled to ship around our public launch in January 2026. If production is ready earlier, we’ll ship sooner and email you an update with tracking.
A: Yes. Your card is charged at checkout so we can reserve your order and plan production. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.
A: As a thank-you for ordering early, pre-orders receive 10% off with the code PREORDER10. This is automatically applied at checkout on eligible items.

A: Yes, as long as your order hasn’t gone into final production. Email us at support@iriebrew.com with your order number and request, and we’ll do our best to adjust it.
A: You may request a cancellation and full refund any time before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, our regular return & refund policy applies.
A: We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to ship with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
A: At launch we’re focusing on U.S. shipping. If you’re outside the U.S., join the Irie Circle on our home page so we can let you know when international shipping opens.
A: Each Irie Brew cup is filled with a pre-measured blend of instant tea or coffee plus natural flavors, crafted to dissolve quickly in hot water. Full ingredient lists will be available on each product page before your order ships.
A: Many of our blends are naturally vegan and gluten-free, but this can vary by flavor. Check the “Ingredients” section on each product page for the most accurate information once production is finalized.
